Cut off price for 19,045 units ordinary shares of Oriental Hotel stood at Rs 541

Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) had auctioned its 19,045 units ordinary right shares to the general public from Ashad 22 to Ashad 28, 2072. The bid was opened on Ashad 29 (Last Friday) Bijendra Pradhan , Company Secretary of NCM Merchant Banking Limited, said that the company set the cutoff price for the 19,045 units ordinary shares at Rs 541. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 561.77. Only 5 applicants were allotted shares out of the 38 applicants who submitted their bids for 19,045 units of ordinary shares. Oriental Hotel had earned net profit of Rs.19.85 crore million in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72. The Last traded price of OHL stood at Rs 567 as on October 15.
