Country Development Book Closure on April 17; endorsing 12% cash, 4% stock dividend

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the shares of Country Development Bank Limited to be eligible for the cash dividend and bonus.
The bank’s AGM, which will be held on Baisakh 19, is set to endorse 12% cash dividend and 4 % bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit the company earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.
Country Development Bank Limited had posted net profit of Rs. 10.62 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
