Cosmos Dev. Bank SGM on Jestha 19; to endorse acquisition process by Shangrila Dev. Bank

Cosmos Development Bank Limited (CSDBL) will be convening its Special General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 19, 2074. The SGM is going to be held at Nirman Bebasahi Sangh Meeting Hall, Gorkha at 11:00AM.
The main agendas of the SGM are:
- To endorse acquisition process with Cosmos Development Bank by Shangri-la Development Bank Limited.
- To appoint auditor for Due Diligence Audit (DDA) report and endorsement of share swap ratio at the ratio 1:1 for acquisition with Cosmos Development Bank and Shangri-la Development Bank.
- To endorse Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Final Scheme of Arrangement for the acquisition process.
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.
