Cosmos Dev Bank 5.03 lakh units’ right share listed; Kanchan Dev. Bank’s promoter share converted

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 5, 03,125 units Right Shares of Cosmos Development Bank Limited on Mangsir 13, 2073 for trading. Now the investors holding right share of the development bank can sell their right shares. Likewise, 3.76 lakh units promoter shares of Kanchan Development Bank Ltd. converting promoter to public share ratio of the company  at 51:49.  Listing of Right Shares of Cosmos Development Bank Limited 5, 03,125 units Right Shares of Cosmos Development Bank Ltd. has been listed.   Conversion of promoter share of Kanchan Development Bank Limited NEPSE has decided to convert 376176 units promoter shares of Kanchan Development Bank Ltd. making the promoter to public share ratio of the company 51:49.
