Corporate Development Bank to convene AGM for 4 fiscal years on Poush 26

Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) will be convening its 7^th, 8^th, 9^th and 10^th AGM on Poush 26, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of bank’s corporate office, Birgunj, Parsa at 7:15 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. Decreasing the number of directors from 9 to 7 directors and appointment from promoter shareholders and ordinary shareholders
2. To make amendments in the MoA of the company regarding the capital structure of the bank
3. To make other listed amendments in the MoA and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future
4. To expand its working area in 5 districts including Bara, Chitwan, Parsa, Makwanpur and Kavrepalanchowk districts

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2070/71, 2071/72, 2072/73, 2073/74 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2074/75.

The bank has been recently removed as a ‘Crisis-ridden’ institution.
