Conversion of Promoter Shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta ; Shareholding Ratio To Be Changed To 51:49

A notice has been published by Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) where the promoter shares conversion from the existing 60% - 40% will be changed to 51% - 49% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank.

As of now, the company has 17,500,000 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promoters (60%) and the public (40%). Now, it will be converted to 51% promoter shares i.e. 10,499,997 units, and 49% Public shares i.e. 7,000,003 units.

Promoter shareholders must inform the company's head office within 35 days from the notice publication if they wish to retain their shares under the new structure.
