Closing day of 5,29,780 unit shares auction of Everest Insurance; interested investors can apply till banking hour today

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) is closing the auction issue of 5,29,780 unit shares from today (Bhadra 8, 2076). This auction issue was open since Shrawan 29, 2076. The interested investors are requested to apply before banking hour today.
As per the notice published by non-life insurance company, the company will be auctioning 1,46,575 unit promoter shares and 3,83,205 unit ordinary shares. Siddhartha Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the auction.
Interested bidders can get application form the Siddhartha Capital Limited and from different branches of Siddhartha Bank Limited all over Nepal and also from Everest Insurance Company Limited, Hattisar, Kathmandu. Application form can be get for Rs 100.
The minimum bid amount is set at Rs 100. Therefore, any application placed should be Rs 100 or more. The entire bid amount should be deposited in A/C no. 00115430386 of Siddhartha Bank Limited, Hattisar, Kathmandu or they can deposit ‘Good For Payment Cheque’ issued in the name of Siddhartha Capital Limited.
EIC has issued 300% right shares to its shareholders and after the adjustment of 300% right shares including the auction shares, the paid up capital will reach to Rs 1.09 arba.
