Clean Village changes its name into NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.

Clean Village Microfinance has changed its name into NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The 3^rd Annual General Meeting of the microfinance company held on Poush 24, 2072 had proposed to change the name of the microfinance.Nepal Rastra Bank approved the proposal on Chaitra 7,2072. The company’s registrar office decision on Chaitra 16, 2072 declared that from now on wards all the assets and liabilities of Clean Village Microfinance will be carried out by NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
