Civil Capital Market Calls AGM on 29th Mangsir; What are the Agendas?

Civil Capital Market Limited (Civil-Capital) has called its 14th AGM on 29th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To discuss and pass the annual report of 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) According to section 113 of the Companies Act, 2063, to approve the auditor appointed for the FY 2078/79 and determination of his remuneration.
4) According to Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063, Appointment of Auditor for FY 2079/80 and determine his remuneration.
5) To provide full authority to the board of directors to carry out all the tasks of amendment, modification and to amend the articles of association and regulations of the company.
