City Hotel Limited Unveils Book Closure Date for 80% Rights Offering

City Hotel Limited (CITY) has unveiled the book closure date for its 80% right shares on 27th Shrawan, 2082. Thus, shareholders who held their shares before Shrawan 26 are eligible for the rights offering.

The company will be issuing 80% right shares worth Rs. 1.67 Arba through the issue of 13,192,000 (1: 0.80) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.67 Arbas. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 13,192,000 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 3.01 Arba.

Prabhu Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
