Citizens Mutual Fund reports NAV of Rs 10.78 for the month of Chaitra; Rs 8 crore held in fixed deposits

Citizen Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1) a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme has published its monthly report for the month of Chaitra, 2075.

As per the report, a mutual fund has reported an increase in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs 10.78 from Rs 10.63. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 82 crore has invested Rs 68.83 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 1.39 lakhs in non-listed shares.

This scheme has invested Rs 8 crore in fixed deposit and has Rs 9.78 crore in the bank balance.

The mutual fund is the first mutual fund of CBIL Capital. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

It has reported a net profit of Rs. 4.60 crore till Chaitra which was Rs 3.39 crore till the last month.
