Citizen Investment Trust sets Falgun 16 as book closure date for 41.84% dividend

Citizens Investment Trust has announced book closure date for 35% Stock dividend and 6.84 % Cash dividend to its shareholders.
The 463rd BOD Meeting of the company had proposed distribution of 35% Stock Dividend (Bonus Shares) and 6.84% Cash Dividend to their Shareholders
The book closure date for the bonus share has been set on Falgun 16. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Falgun 16, 2072 till Chaitra 4, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
