Citizens Capital Launches Open-Ended Mutual Fund ‘Sadabahar Yojana’ with 50 Million Units Offering

Citizens Capital Limited is launching a new open-ended mutual fund named ‘Citizens Sadabahar Yojana’, opening for public offering from Ashadh 13, 2082. The scheme aims to deliver long-term returns through a professionally managed diversified portfolio. A total of 50 million units will be issued at NPR 10 per unit, with 15% reserved for promoter Citizens Bank International Limited and the rest for public investors.

The fund allows redemption after 3 months and will not be listed on the stock exchange, but will maintain liquidity through authorized institutions. With prior success in mutual fund management and a flexible investment structure, Citizens Sadabahar Yojana is positioned to attract a wide range of retail and institutional investors in Nepal.
