Citizens Bank’s 25% right share added in Sebon pipeline

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL)’s 4:1 (25%) right share has been added to the pipeline of Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Poush 14, 2073. The commercial bank’s 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Ashwin 16, 2073 had endorsed 25% right share to its shareholders. The bank has also got approval from the Board for Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) system which will be implemented from Magh 1, 2073. It has also been providing service to open De-Mat account from its 58 branches.
