Citizens Bank to give 5.263% dividend for the FY 2074/75; Dividend payout decreases by more than 50% compared to previous year

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has proposed only 5.263% dividend for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank has announced 3.628% bonus shares worth Rs 29.14 crore and 1.635% cash dividend worth Rs 13.13 crore to its shareholders.
The decision taken by the BOD is subject to approval from the Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company. After the adjustment of 3.628% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.32 arba.
