Citizens Bank International Limited Promoted "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" to Issue 4.25 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Ashadh 13

Citizens Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" open-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 13th Ashadh to the 17th Ashadh, 2082. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended until Ashadh 27.

Out of 5 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 75 lakh units worth Rs. 7.50 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Citizens Bank International Limited, and the remaining 4,25,00,000 units worth Rs 42.50 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.

"Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 50,00,000 units.
