Citizens Bank International Elects Four New Board Directors

Citizens Bank International Limited elected four new directors to its board at the eighth Special General Meeting held on Ashadh 3, 2083.

Of the four seats filled, one director was elected to represent Group-A, the promoter shareholders, and three directors were elected to represent Group-B, the general public shareholders.

From the promoter shareholder side, Anil Kumar Gyawali was elected. Representing the general public shareholders, Prakash Chandra Mainali, Rajendra Pandit, and Hima Devi Khadka K.C. were elected, bringing the total number of newly elected directors to four.
