Citizens Bank continues its bighearted support towards education sector in rural Nepal; supports Rs 2 lakh to Prabhat Ma.Vi of Palpa

Citizens Bank International, under its CSR initiative, has provided cash support of Rs 2 lakh to Pravat Secondary School located at Revdikot Gaupalika-7, Mainadhi of Palpa district. the support amount was handed over by Chief Administrative Officer of the bank Ms. Umanga Sharma to the chairman of School Management Committee Mr. Dul Bahadur Kunwar amid a program on Poush 3, 2074 which was also attended by Acting CEO Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokhrel.

As per the chairman Mr. Kunwor, the school intends to use the support amount to build facilities inside the school to conduct practical and lab sessions for students who study JTA or agriculture technician course at the school.

The bank is currently providing banking services from its 80 branches, 75 ATM outlets and 99 branchless banking units located throughout the nation.
