Citizens Bank begins to Scan and Withdraw service to promote paperless banking; customers can now easily withdraw cash by scanning QR codes at cash counters

Citizens Bank has started to Scan and Withdraw service under which customers can simply scan the QR codes available at its cash counters with the use of the bank’s mobile banking app and withdraw the required cash.

Currently, the scan and withdraw service is available only at Durbarmarg and Kamladi branches of the bank which will be extended to other branches at the soonest, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 110 branches, 98 ATM booths, and 104 branchless banking units under its network.
