Citizens Bank appoints Sanima Capital as issue manager to issue 25% right share

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as its issue manager for issuing 10:2.5 (25%) right share. Issuing the press statement today, Citizens Bank 10^th AGM and Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) had approved to issue 25% right share to its shareholders. Ganesh Raj Pokhrel Deputy General Manager of Citizens Bank and Manish Narayan Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Capital signed the agreement. The bank will be floating 1,38,43,380 units right shares. CZBIL has paid up capital of Rs 5.53 arba. After issuance of 25% right share its paid up capital will reach Rs 6.92 arba.
