Citizens Bank 7.05 lakh units auction bid opening today; changes venue to bank’s head office Kamaladi

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) had auctioned its 6,28,041 units ordinary right shares and 77,676 units promoter right share to the general public from Bhadra 24, 2073.The auction shares was closed on Bhadra 31, 2073. The bank has published notice stating that it has changed the time and venue to open its auction shares. Now the bid will open to conclude the auction today (Ashwin 2, 2073) at Citizens Bank International Head office located at Sarada Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 2:30 PM. Earlier the auction was supposed to conclude at Global IME Capital Limited, Nachghar, Jamal at 3:30PM. Bidders were required to quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share. And there is no limit in buying shares at maximum. Global IME Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for this auction. CZBIL had earned a net profit of Rs. 1.09 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
