Citizens Bank 10th AGM today; to endorse 15.80% bonus & 25% right share

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) is convening its 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 16, 2073. The AGM is being held at Thapagaun Banquet, Thapagaun, New- Baneswor, Kathmandu at 11: 00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 15.80 percent (75, 06, 75,762 unit) bonus shares and 0.83 percent cash dividend for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2072/73. After bonus share is distributed to endorse 10:2.5 (25%) ratio right share to its shareholders.
•  To increase its paid up capital as directed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
• To endorse the decision of 55% right share, 20% bonus share approval and acquisition of Premier Finance Limited from previous AGM.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2072/73, appointment of auditor and election of BOD member from promoter shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashwin 5, 2073 are entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders has remained closed from Ashwin 6, 2073 till Ashwin 16, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. CZBIL had earned a net profit of Rs. 1.09 arba in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73.
