Citizen Life Insurance Proposes 28.40% Dividend; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) proposed a 28.404347% dividend.
The 106th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Baisakh 23, resolved to distribute dividends from the share premium account accrued by the company. 26.98412698% bonus shares and 1.42022% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.06 Arba, and the cash dividend (including for tax purposes on bonus shares) is worth Rs. 5.59 Crores.
After the adjustment of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company will be Rs. 5 Arba.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming SGM.
CLI has an LTP of Rs. 451.30.
