Citizen Life Insurance Company Calls its SGM on Shrawan 06 with These Agendas

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 6th Shrawan, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Himalaya, Kupondole, Kathmandu, starting from 3 PM that day.

These are the agendas of the SGM:

1) Election of Board of Directors
2) To increase its authorized and paid up capital.
3) Regarding making necessary amendments in the Memorandum of Association and rules including capital increment and other provisions.
4) To discuss about merger/acquisition with any suitable life insurance company in order to raise its capital.
