Citizen Bank International to issue 55% right shares by the end of Mangsir

The 9th AGM of the Citizen Bank International has already endorsed right shares in ratio 10:5.5.
An official with Citizen Bank International Limited said, “ To the latest the 55% right shares will be issued by the end of Mangsir.”
To issue the right shares, the bank is in process to get approval from the NRB, the official added.
CZBIL has reported 29.39 percent rise in profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
