Chyangdi HydroPower Company convenes 4th and 5th AGM; to issue right shares and propose dividends from next fiscal

Chyangdi Hydropower has convened its 4th and 5th AGM at Naxal of Kathmandu on Kartik 29, 2075 under the chairmanship of company’s chairman Mr. Rameshwor Thapa. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports presented by the board of the company.

The AGM has also elected Mr. Rameshwor Thapa, Mr. Amarnath Shrestha, Mr. Udaya Kumar Piya and Mr. Ashok Budhathoki into the board from the promoter shareholder group and Mr. Prabal Sharma and Ms. Tina Rajbhandari from the public shareholders and Mr. Kushan Pradhan from the individual group who would together serve 4 years in the office.

CEO of the institution Mr. Lal Bahadur Thapa has informed that the four MW project will generate profit from the next year after which the shareholders will receive dividends. He also informed to issue right shares to the company’s shareholders in the coming year, as stated in the media statement.
