Chilime’s book closure from Tuesday; Only two days left to get hold of CHCL shares

Chilime Hydropower Company Ltd (CHCL) has announced its book closure from Tuesday.
Those investors who have their names in the share register of the company until Tuesday will only be entitled for the company’s dividend.
It means investors have only two days- Sunday and Monday—to get the hold of the Chilime’s stocks to reap the dividend announced by the company.
Chilime has announced that it will offer 35 percent dividend – 20 percent bonus share and 15 percent cash – to the shareholders from the net profit the blue-chip company posted in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
According to the unaudited balance sheet of Chilime, it has earned profit of Rs 93.97 crore in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
According to the company, it is closing its register for the purpose of the 18th Annual General Meeting of the company which is going to be held on Kartik 3.
