Chilime Hydropower to distribute 15 % bonus share certificate from Ashwin 16

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) will be distributing 15% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from Ashwin 16, 2073. Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on on Poush 24, 2072 had endorsed 15 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:15 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:15 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday at Citizen Investment Trust, New Baneswor, Kathmandu. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers:   Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring photocopy of the original share certificate along with a photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Original identity certificate of both representative and sender along with Letter of Authorization should be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the bonus share themselves.
