Chilime Hydropower to distribute 12% cash dividend warrant from Falgun 9

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) will be distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from Falgun 9, 2072. The hydropower 19^th AGM held on Poush 24 had endorsed 12 percent cash dividend and 15 bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at its share registrar Citizen Investment Trust located at New Baneswor, Kathmandu. The hydropower has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers: Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
