Chilime Hydropower 21st AGM & Mountain Hydro 2nd AGM today; Chilime endorsing 25% dividend

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) is convening its 21^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 24, 2074). The AGM is being held at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap at 11 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 15% stock and 10% cash dividend including for tax purpose to its shareholders from the profits it earned in FY 2073/74.
• After issuance of 15% stock dividend its authorized and paid up capital will increase and amend Article of Association accordingly.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the fiscal year 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The register of shareholders was closed on Kartik 6, 2074 to Kartik 24, 2074. Only those shares traded one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. within Kartik 5, 2074 are eligible for bonus share and for participation in the AGM. CHCL has earned Rs 96.63 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital stand at Rs 3.44 arba, after issuance of 15% stock dividend its paid up capital will reach Rs 3.95 arba. Similarly, Mountain Hydro Nepal Limited is also convening its 2^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 24, 2074). The AGM is being held at Kalimati Banquet at 2:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
