Chhimek Laghubitta 14th AGM on Poush 16; To approve 40 % stock & 12.7% cash dividend

Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL) will be convening its 14^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 16, 2072. The AGM will be held at Motel Avocado Meeting Hall, Makwanpur, Hetauda at 10:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 40% bonus shares and 12.70 cash dividend including for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72. The fractional bonus share will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
• To increase authorized capital up to Rs 1 arba from existing Rs 50 crore.
• After distribution of bonus share to increase issued capital and paid up capital and amend the article of association accordingly.
• To amend article of association per directed by registrar officer or the Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 24 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 25, 2072 till Poush 16, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM) whereas, a separate book closure date will be published for the right shares. Chimmek Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs. 10.54 crore infirst quarterof the fiscal year 2072/73.
