Chhimek and Nagbeli Laghubitta announces massive 52.7% & 80% dividend respectively

Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL) has decided to distribute 40 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today, the company’s 183rd BOD meeting held on Kartik 11, 2073 has proposed 40 percent bonus share and 12.7 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the microfinance upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). CBBL had distributed 40 % stock and 12.7 % cash dividend to its shareholders in the fiscal year 2071/72. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 59.57 crore. After issuance of 40 percent bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 83.39 crore. Likewise, Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited has decided to distribute 60 percent bonus share to its shareholders. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today, the company’s meeting BOD held on Kartik 11, 2073 has proposed 60 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the microfinance upcoming AGM. Earlier, NBBL had distributed 39.86 % bonus and 20% cash dividend to its shareholders in the fiscal year 2070/71. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 2.50 crore. After issuance of 60 percent bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 4 crore.
