Charm towards Hydropower sector increases; Index up by 5.16 points to close 1,532.12 points supported by a high turnover Rs 1.32 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up by 5.16  points or 0.34% to close at 1,532.12  points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1526.99 points and was seen fluctuating today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.32 arba where more than 24 lakhs unit shares were traded through 5,992 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 0.73 and 0.42 points respectively. Except Banking, Finance and Insurance all the sectors at Nepse landed on green. Hydropower sector went up by 227.18 points.
