Chairman: Laxmi to issue 1:1 in fiscal year 2072/73

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Khetan, the chairman of Board of Directors of Laxmi Bank confirms the news of Laxmi bank issuing right shares in the ratio 1:1 in the fiscal year 2072/73. If any merger happens than that will be added to the paid up capital of Rs 8 arba making the paid up capital 10 arba by the end of fiscal year 2074.
The bank has planned to issue 15% bonus share in the fiscal year 2073/74 and from the fiscal year 2073/74. The bank will have a paid up capital of Rs 8 arba by the end of fiscal year 2074.
