Change of Company Secretary in Unilever Nepal.
Ms Sonam Shrestha has been appointed as the new Company Secretary of Unilever Nepal after the regisnation of Ms Sushila Adhikari. The resignation was tendered by her on Kartik 13, 2074, and the BOD has accepted the resignation.
Ms Sonam Shrestha has been appointed as the new Company Secretary of the company with effect from Poush 26, 2074.
