Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has published a notice on Magh 13, 2074 that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the company held on Asoj 29, 2074 has approved the proposal of name change from Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited to Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.The proposed name has also been approved by the company registrar on Magh 10, 2074. Also, the registered address of the company has also been changed to Besisahar-8, Lamjung, Gandaki from Besisahar-1, Lamjung.
