Chandragiri Hills Limited Proposes 5.2632% Dividend for FY 81/82; Calls AGM on Poush 23

Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has called its 16th AGM on 23rd Poush, 2082. The meeting will be held in Chandragiri Hills Limited, Thankot, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2082/83.
4) Miscellaneous.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to distribute bonus shares of 5 percent and a cash dividend of 0.2632%. The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's AGM. The company has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1, equivalent to 100% of its existing paid-up capital, after the distribution of bonus shares
