Chandragiri Hills Changes Venue of 16th AGM

Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has announced a change in the venue of its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM). As per the decision of the company’s 85th Board of Directors meeting held on 29th Mangsir 2082, the 16th AGM is scheduled to be held on 23rd Poush 2082 at 11:00 AM.

While the meeting was earlier planned to take place at the Bottom Station premises in Thankot, Kathmandu, the company has now informed that, due to special reasons, the AGM will instead be held at the 4D Hall located at the Top Station of Chandragiri Hills. The company has published this notice for the information of all shareholders and concerned stakeholders.
