Chance to become promoter shareholder of Bank of Kathmandu; 3.70 lakh units promoter shares being auctioned from Magh 15, 2076

Bank of Kathmandu (BOKL) is auctioning 3.70 lakh unit promoter shares from Magh 15 to Magh 22 of 2076.

The bank is auctioning 3 lakh 70 thousand 356 units promoter shares to its existing promoter shareholders and the general public.

NMB Capital is the issue manager of the auction.

The auctioned shares belonged to Shakti Kumar Golyan. Since none of the existing promoters applied to buy the shares, it is now being offered to the general public.

The minimum bid price is fixed at Rs 160, therefore interested investors can bid for the shares at price Rs 160 or above. Similarly, applicants can bid for a minimum of 1000 units or for all the offered units.
