Chairman of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited Resigns

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited, Uday Kumar Niroula, has resigned from his post, citing personal reasons.

The company's 89th board of directors meeting, held on Bhadra 10, 2083 BS (August 26, 2026), officially accepted his resignation from both his position as the Chairman and as a member of the board.
