CGIM hosts International Conference on Operational Research for Sustainable Development from today
Operations Research Society and Chaudhary Group Institute of Management (CGIM) are jointly organizing International Conference on 1st and 2nd February, 2016 under the theme of ‘Operational Research
for Sustainable Development’.
There are participants from 8 different countries who will be presenting research papers on various topics.
Dr. Yub Raj Khatiwada, Vice Chairman of National Planning Commission is the Chief Guest in the International Conference and Dr. Kriti Shanti Lal Parikh, Former Economic Advisor of Office of Prime Minister of India represented as the Key Note Speaker.
The Conference seeks to bring together researchers, academicians and business professionals. The organizing committee assured on the fact that conference would be an academic platform to exchange ideas on how operational research methodologies will be used to exchange national competitiveness after the devastating destruction caused by Earthquake. 28 different research papers will be presented with theoretical, computational and applicational aspects of operations research.
