Century Commercial Bank to sell 18.70 lakh unit shares via auction from Poush 18; 14.61 lakh unit promoter shares and 4.09 lakh unit ordinary shares under issuance

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) will be selling 18,70,274 unit unsold right shares via auction from Poush 18, 2075. The bids can be placed till Poush 25, 2075.

The commercial bank is selling 14,61,099 units promoter shares and 4,09,175 units ordinary shares via auction.

Civil Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction of the shares.

For both shares bids can be placed for minimum 100 units at a minimum bid price of Rs 100.

The commercial bank has urged the interested bidders to deposit the entire bid amount in A/C no. 0010001494 of Century Commercial Bank in the name of Civil Capital Market Limited.

The bank had issued 40% right shares for its shareholders which had left about 10% unsubscribed.
