Century Commercial Bank to convene 8th AGM on 12th Baisakh, 2076; will be endorsing 4.50% cash dividend and 2% bonus share

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the 8th AGM and book closure date of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL).

The 283^rd BOD meeting of the bank held on 19^th Chaitra, 2075 has decided that the 8th AGM of the bank will be held on 12^th Baisakh, 2076 (25^th April, 2019) at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali from 11:30 AM onwards.

The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial statements of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The bank will be endorsing 4.50% cash dividend (including tax) of paid up capital Rs.8.25 Arba (after right adjustment of Rs.18.70 Crore) worth Rs.37.12 Crore. It will also distribute 2% bonus shares worth Rs.16.50 Crore out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.

For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from 29^th Chaitra to 12^th Baisakh, 2076. Investors holding shares of CCBL till 28^th Chaitra, 275 will be eligible to obtain dividend and attend the AGM of the commercial bank.

After the adjustment of 2% bonus shares, the paid up capital of the commercial bank will stand at Rs.8.41 Arba.
