Century Commercial bank profit hikes by 42.50% in Q3; NPL increased to 0.90%

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has posted a remarkable profit rise by 42.50 % in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. The commercial bank has earned a net profit of Rs 23.24 crore in Q3 compared to Rs 16.30 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Century Commercial Bank has paid up capital of Rs 2.84 arba with Rs 38.24 crore in reserve.
Publishing the third unaudited financial report today, the commercial bank stated that its net interest income inflated to Rs 61.85 crore from Rs.47.86 crore in the third quarter.
The bank has deposit collection of Rs. 26 arba in Q3, mounting from Rs.23.42 arba in the corresponding period last year. It disbursed loans and advances of Rs. 22.82 arba in Q3.The figure stood at Rs.20.07arba in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal year.
Its non-performing loan increased to 0.90 percent from 0.53 percent in Q3 .
CCBL’s earning per share (annualized) stands at Rs.10.91, net worth per share at Rs.113.46, and P/E ratio at 33.74 times.
