Century Commercial Bank condemns recent online media coverage about its chairman with respect to M And Remit Company of Mauritius

Century Commercial Bank has issued a media statement denouncing all the news reports about the bank and its chairman Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shrestha covered by several online news portals which the bank has termed as misleading and baseless.

The bank has made it clear that it is presently in a legal process to settle its issue regarding the remittance agreement it had with Mauritius based company and has urged all the online media outlets to fact check before covering the topic and not to mislead the audience about the issue that is currently under court hearing which is both contemptuous of court’s jurisdiction and therefore condemnable, as per the media statement.
