Century Commercial Bank 30% Right Share book closure on Shrawan 18; 50% Right Share book closure of Womi Microfinance on Shrawan 21

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) 5^th AGM held on Magh 22, 2072 had approved10:3 (30%) right share to its shareholders and now the bank has published the book closure date for the same. As per the notice published by the bank today, the book closure date for 30% right issue has been set for Shrawan 18, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Shrawan 17, 2073 will be eligible for the right shares. Century Bank will be issuing a total of 85, 22,400 unit right shares at the face value of Rs 100. Civil Capital Markets Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. CCBL has earned net profit of Rs 23.24 crore in third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 2.84 arba. After issuance of 30 percent right share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 3.69 arba. Its last traded price stood at Rs 562 as on July 25, 2016. Likewise, Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) 4^th AGM held on Poush 29, 2072 had approved 2:1 (50%) right share to its shareholders and now the bank has published the book closure date for the same. The book closure date for 50% right issue has been set for Shrawan 21, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Shrawan 20, 2073 will be eligible for the right shares. Womi Microfinance will be issuing a total of 180,000 units right shares at the face value of Rs 100. Siddhartha Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue of both companies. Womi Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 1.48 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. The paid up capital of the bank remains at Rs 3.6 crore. After the issuance of 50 percent right share, the paid up capital will reach at Rs 5.4 crore. Its last traded price stood at Rs 3,162 as on July 25, 2016.
