Century Bank annuls contract with Mr Anil Keshari Shah; New CEO to be appointed

Century Commercial Bank has annulled the contract with Mr Anil Keshari Shah regarding his appointment as the CEO of the bank. The 246^rd board meeting held on Kartik 16, 2074 had appointed him in the post to be effective from Poush 17, 2074; and he has informed about his inability to be present on the assigned date. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the 253^rd board meeting held on Magh 07, 2074 has annulled the contract with Mr Shah and has re-started the process for the selection of new CEO for the bank
