Century Bank announces Book Closure on Falgun 11 for 7th AGM

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has announced book closure date for the upcoming AGM. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, CCBL has set book closure date from Falgun 11 to Falgun 30, 2074. But only those shareholders owning their shares till Falgun 10, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. CCBL had announced 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. After the issuance of bonus share, the paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.06 arba from current Rs 7.67 arba. CCBL will be convening 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2074. It has earned net profit of Rs 32.51 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. Its last traded price stood at Rs 192 as on the last trading day.
