Central Investigation Bureau raids NCC Bank; more than 30 officials arrested suspecting fraud of Rs 2 arba
Central Investigation Bureau raided the central office of Nepal Credit and Commercial Bank today.
The bureau performed the raid when the board meeting of the bank was being conducted.
The raid was done by Nepal Police suspecting a fraud of Rs 2 arba during the merge with other banks. The police are set to inform the general public regarding the fraud in a few hours.
As per the reports suggest, more than 30 officials of the banks have been arrested.
The CEO of the bank is reported to be out of the country and the news has not been clarified by the officials of the bank.
