Central Finance proposes distribution of 7% cash dividend worth Rs.5.76 Crore; company had issued 8.77% bonus shares from profits of FY 73/74

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has proposed distribution of dividend for the shareholders.
The 268th BOD meeting of the finance company proposed to issue 7% cash dividend worth Rs.5.76 Crore from the profits of FY 74/75. This decision will be presented in the upcoming AGM of the company after receiving approval from the NRB.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs.82.33 Crore. The company had issued 8.77% bonus shares from the profits of FY 73/74 for the shareholders.
